We are a nonprofit corporation, classified as a public charity. We are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contributions to Water Charity are deductible under Section 170 of the Code.

Our only source of income for our projects is through your donations. All of the money you contribute goes directly for water, sanitation, and health education projects in needy communities throughout the world.

Every donation, no matter how small, will have a dramatic impact on the lives of individuals. None of your money goes for administration, as we donate all of our own time, overhead and expenses.

We are operating in communities where the average annual income is $200. A donation of $20 will save lives!
